Dragon Ball Kai ep 58 - Goku's New Move, Instantaneous Movement! Special Training For Three Years Hence

Episode sources

Story
"So Kakarotto, how'd you manage to make it off Planet Namek alive?"
"Well, first I jumped into a thing I didn't understand..."
"... then I pushed every single button inside of it like CRAZY."
"That caused me to crash on some other planet."
"... where I became best friends with all the natives!"
".... your good luck is really fucking annoying."

So Son Goku explains to everyone how he survived Namek only to come to Planet Yardrat, where he picked up his new clothes and a powerful new technique, the Instantaneous Movement. (Which Vegeta calls "super speed smoke and mirrors" and is immediately proven wrong but the scene is confusingly written so some people think the I.M. is super speed, including Koyama Takao when he wrote the move into Dragon Ball Z Movie 6.) With that, Vegeta vows to surpass Goku once again, while everyone prepares to leave and begin their three years of intense training.

"Wait, everyone! Instead of training, why don't we just track down Dr. Gero and, y'know, murder him."
"Well fuck you guys."

What's cut?
In DBZ 123, Goku gets irritated when ALT+CTRL+DEL won't fix Freeza's spaceship.
While Yamcha sweats to the oldies.
In DBZ 124, Yamcha sweats to the gravity machine.
And Bulma has some family time, gossiping about Vegeta.
Vegeta's dream is also a lot longer, and way more psychedelic.
Pictured: Vegeta trippin' ballz.
Also Bulma yells at him more.
Then DBZ 125 loses the entire Driver's License story.
Plus a scene where Vegeta gets all hot thinking about Goku.
