Story
After easily murdering Freeza and King Cold, Trunks decides to treat everyone to drinks.
It backfires when his tipsy mother starts hitting on him.

Three very awkward hours pass as the Z Team wait for Goku to arrive from space. And when he does, he's pretty surprised they're all here already.
"Is it my birthday already?"
Goku assumes it was either Piccolo or Vegeta who killed Freeza and his pop with incredible ki, but Bulma introduces Goku to the mysterious teenager who is also a Super Saiyan. Goku's surprised, since he thought all the Saiyans were dead.
Then Trunks challenges Goku to a sword fight.

After approving of Son Goku's legendary skill, Trunks tells Goku the real reason he's here. 20 years in the future everyone is dead except for him and blablablablah... It's the plot of Terminator. But what I really want to draw your attention to is this guy:

After explaining their on-coming Red Ribbon Army Artificial Human apocalypse, and giving Goku medicine so all his cheesy double bacon burgers don't cause his heart to quit on him, Trunks leaves for his time machine to go back to the future. Piccolo then explains the situation to the others, while leaving Trunks' parentage a mystery, so everyone has a chance to train and prepare for the Artificial Humans, rather than die.
But Vegeta has been frozen in place ever since Goku took his dick out.
