Has Vegeta reached his limit, he wonders? Surely by now he should be a Super Saiyan, yet he cannot keep up with Freeza's speed. Is he a Super Saiyan? Has he reached his limit? Or is Freeza an opponent a Super Saiyan cannot beat?

Kuririn is surprised. Despite everything, Freeza's "true self" is incredibly simple-looking. But Piccolo says he is all the more deadly because of it; a true example of never judging your opponent based on their appearance. After all the trouble they went through to revive him with the Dragon Balls, Piccolo mournfully apologizes to them... He cannot save them now.

Meanwhile, Kaio-sama predicts that Freeza now has enough power to destroy the entire universe. (So, uh, no pressure, guys.)

Freeza retaliates against Piccolo - who had nearly beaten him in his Second Form - by unleashing the fury of his Third Form. Incensed, Son Gohan flies toward their battle with all his ki unlocked by the Grand Elder, and the Saiyan power boost via Dende's healing, coursing through his very veins.

Kaio-sama, Tenshinhan, Yamcha, Kuririn, and Vegeta each see Piccolo's confident proclaimation, "I will be the one to defeat Freeza!", as equally fool-hearty. His ki may have mysteriously increased several times since he arrived on Planet Namek (Kaio-tachi doesn't seem to be wondering why...), but there's no way he can stand up to the terror of Freeza. And if he dies, then Kami-sama and Shen Long will die, ending the Earthling's one chance at salvation.

Freeza is close to killing Gohan. Vegeta is left high above their battle, locked and trembling with fear. Freeza taunts him, offering him a chance to save Gohan's life if he only attacked. But Vegeta knows it is futile - and he cares little for Gohan's safety anyway. It's his own fate he cares about.

Bulma is having a really rough time of it on Planet Namek. She hasn't bathed or had a bed in nearly a week, and its been hours since she last saw Kuririn or Gohan. She's been chased by dinosaurs, fought giant crabs, Generic Freeza Minions, and it has been at least a week since she's been laid. (Err, sorry, I meant "year", Yamcha x Bulma fangirls.)
