Dragon Ball Z ep 213 - Now What, Satan?! The Greatest Pinch in History

Now that the Junior Division champion has been decided, Mr. Satan will fight the winner as a special expedition match.

Mr. Satan isn't looking forward to facing Trunks.

But he can't ignore the roar of his loyal fans! 

Trunks wonders if he's really all the great. Perhaps he acts stupid on purpose? He is the champion, after all. Could he be even stronger than Vegeta, Trunks' beloved father? He decides that Mr. Satan must be strong, so he's going to give this fight his all!

"Hang in there, Trunks-kun!" 

"Keep that to yourself! He doesn't have to 'hang in there'!"

Bored and uninterested in the fight, Goku and the others decide to check in on the preliminaries and get something to eat. 

Videl is astounded! Their kid is about to fight MR. SATAN! Don't they want to stay at watch?! 

No, not really.

(Gohan has his dad and three father figures, and not a solid wing man in the bunch.)

After much dismay, Mr. Satan concocts a clever strategy! He'll make it look like he's letting Trunks win. In order to make his plan work, he tells Trunks to begin the match by lightly tapping him on the cheek. 

Lightly~! 

And so, the match begins. 

And Trunks gives Mr. Satan a light tap. 

And Mr. Satan is sent flying out of bounds. 

And crashes into the wall. 

But he's alright! Rising up, he puts on a brief show about being a beaten old man, and the crowd buys it hook, line, and sinker. Aww, what a nice guy, our Champ! 

Trunks still can't tell if Mr. Satan is strong or not. 

"OWWW!!! I'm going to die!!!"

Goku is excited to stuff his face full of food in This World. Though you don't need to eat in Other World, Goku still likes to. Kuririn thinks he's fortunate, never aging. Goku asks if he'd like to die too, and Kuririn brushes it off quickly, saying he's too happy with his life. He smiles at #18.

Meanwhile, Trunks shakes off some reporters trying to get the scoop on the Junior Division champ, by running off with Goten. Trunks feels let down by their involvement in the tournament, and begins to dream up a scheme to get the two of them entered into the adult's division...

Saiyans eating.

Yup.

Our heroes find out that all of them made it through the preliminaries. (With Piccolo using the name Ma Junior, to keep people from mistaking him with his father, Piccolo Daimao.) After their meal, the Z-senshi steps outside and runs into these two mysterious guys.

And they're very interested in Son Goku.

Wishing him good luck in the tournament, and hoping they'll soon see Goku's skills in action, the pair leave to wait for their own matches. 

But first, creepy smile.
