Dragon Ball GT ep 50 - Saiya Power Beaten?! The Electrical Beast Wu Shen Long

Twenty-eight years ago...

In the present day, Goku, Pan, and Giru relax momentarily by a lake as they watch the corrupted nature return to normal. Having defeated Liang Shen Long and taken back the Two-Star Dragon Ball, they deduce that if they keep beating Evil Dragons, they'll indeed reverse the Minus energy apocalypse Goku and the gang accidentally created by using the Dragon Balls too often.

Their quest takes them to the next Dragon Ball, which is in a town where a strange pink slime is eating up all the electrical energy.

Gross.

But who's the culprit behind the slime? Why, the Evil Dragon born as a result of Goku being resurrected to fight Vegeta and Nappa...

Wu Shen Long, the Five-Star Dragon.

... who is also not what they expected.

Wu Shen Long slimes our heroes with his gross pink goop, then uses it to electrify their bodies. Unfortunately, while it does irritate the Saiyan duo, it doesn't exactly do much else. So Wu calls out to the rest of his slime around the city and builds himself a newer, larger, more powerful body with which to kill Goku and Pan.

Gross.

The tactic is successful, making it so Goku can hardly stand up to Wu's Dragon Thunder technique.

... That is, until he turns Super Saiyan 4.

"It's all prickly. Feels good."

But with five more Evil Dragons to go, Goku apologizes to Wu for his inability to play longer.

Then Goku immediately goes for his biggest gun, the 10x Kamehameha.

... which Wu's strange, springy body takes, and bounces right back at Goku.

Oops.

While protecting Pan, Goku is hit so hard by his own 10x Kamehameha that he reverts back to his normal form; Only for Wu Shen Long to reach his nasty tendrils across the city to feed even more power into him, growing him exponentially larger and more electrifying.

His goop gathers back around our heroes and threatens to shock them to death, when an unlikely savior finds its way onto the battle field.

Rain.

(No, not that one.)

Goku and Pan become free from Wu Shen Long's clutches as he begins to violently short circuit. The down pour completely defeating him, despite all the electrical power he gained. Pan and Goku watch, both of them feeling pity for the creature which only valued power, only to have it wash away with the rain.

Pan goes to take the Five-Star-Ball from him, and Wu gives one last feeble try at victory...

... but Goku's Kamehameha turns him and his goop into dust.
