Goro Naya, November 17, 1929 – March 5, 2013

Goro Naya passed away of chronic respiratory failure on March 5th. He was an incredible talent (and a favorite of mine) mostly known for his work as Inspector Zenigata in the Lupin III franchise. But such as he was an industry titan that he left his mark on Dragon Ball, as well. His amazing voice was lent to the character Bongo in The Legend of Shen Long. We'll miss you deeply, Goro Naya-sensei.

  1. I think a 21 RUPAAAAN salute is in order.

But in all seriousness his legacy will continue on, he'll always be the one and only Pops.
