Dragon Ball Z ep 189 - A Nightmare in Broad Daylight!! The Terror Becomes Even More Perfect

Inside of Cell's head there is a small lump; His nucleus.
So long as it remains intact, Cell can regenerate.
(How did he regenerate when Goku blew up his top half then?)
Cell wasn't expecting it when he blew himself up, to be regrown again.
Stronger and more perfect than before, thanks to his Saiyan DNA.
But he did. And teaching himself Instantaneous Movement (I guess the move that took Goku two years to master is pretty easy to learn if you just see it up close), he has returned.

And Gohan is glad. Glad that he can now avenge his father.

But it is not Gohan who saw his own son die before him.
Not he who suffered the indignity of being saved by his rival.
Nor having to rely on his lower-class son to rescue him.
It is he, Prince of the Saiyan people, who shall get his revenge!
Prince Vegeta!!!
"Prince of Planet Vegeta, huh?"

Crippled from taking Cell's mighty ki blast head on to save Vegeta, Gohan now must fight Cell with only a single arm. But Cell has no more desire to play around and fight. He plans to destroy Son Gohan, and the Planet Earth, with one, final Kamehameha. With only one hand to use, Gohan must put all his strength into his final move, lest Cell destroy everything!

  1. Yeah, I'm guessing that cell also regenerates his power as well. Considering that his Ki was drained when he regenerated after Goku blew his top half away, my guess is that lump is the only way that Cell can experience "Saiyan hax" via regeneration.
