Story
The first round of the 28th Tenka-ichi Budokai has arrived!
And it's the fearsome Mo Kekko
vs the bubbly Pan.
Pan slaps the mustache right off of him.
Because of course she does. She's Pan.
The second match up starts right up, with Oob vs Son Goku.
Goku notices that the Majin Boo reincarnation is much more timid than his villainous counterpart, so he decides to give him proper fighting motivation.
"Your ma is a pile o' poop."
Name calling.
"MY MA AIN'T A PILE OF POOP!!!"
(It works.)
What proceeds is the greatest battle the Tenka-ichi Budokai has known for decades!
Oob quickly learns simply from fighting against Goku, soon matching every attack the Champion can throw at him with equal punishment, and more!
But though his power is tremendous, without flight, or any other proper training, Goku decides to call the match...
... and offer to train him properly, instead.
So in true Son Goku fashion, he says goodbye to his friends, his family,
and even his wee granddaughter,
and takes off into the sky with Oob, ready for his next adventure!
Hurry back, Son Goku!!

What's cut?
Some Pan playtime from DBZ 290.
Mr. Satan, Boo, and Bay trying, and failing, to relax during Goku and Oob's fight, from DBZ 291.
And Knock and Captain Chicken sneaking away in DBZ 291, after seeing the level with which Goku and Oob are fighting.
