Story
Atop Kami's Temple in the Heavenly Realm, despite all the extraordinary things she's seen and heard today, Videl refuses to give up hope on Son Gohan still being alive. Though his friends and family have insisted he's dead, Videl's waifu sense is still tingling. Somewhere out there, she knows, Gohan yet lives. (And even if he had died, Shen Long would have brought him back, guys.)
She is correct, of course, as Gohan isn't dead--
--but in the Kaioshin Realm, wresting forth the incredible Z-Sword from stone!
With the Z-Sword in hand, Kaioshin is certain Gohan will have enough power to defeat Majin Boo!
... if he can, y'know, use it.
It's so heavy, Gohan is unable to wield it proper. Kibito asks for a chance to demonstrate.
Innocently, Gohan offers it up to him.
It doesn't work out.
It seems merely pulling out the Z-Sword isn't the key to unlocking its true strength!
Back at Kami's Temple, Goku and Piccolo are intent on teaching Goten and Trunks the incredible Fusion technique. However, the boys are proving obstinate to Goku's training...
... as they blame his cowardice for getting Vegeta and Gohan killed!
Piccolo bellows at them, about to give them a firm talk about everything Goku has done for them, this world, and the universe at large...
... but Goku tells him to relax and says, yup, he's a coward, but they should still learn this technique if they want to avenge Vegeta and Gohan.
But he needn't, as Madoshi Babidi would soon enter their minds...
... and give the kiddos plenty of reasons to want to see Boo and Babidi dead.
Trunks shouts mentally at Babidi that, in a little while, they'll come forward and face him...
... but even as they begin their training with earnest...
... someone else is giving Babidi the information he needs to draw them out.
