Kuririn unleashes his "Kuririn Beam" on the Saibaimen...
... which completely wrecks four of the five remaining plant people.
Awwwww, yeah.
Then Piccolo shatters the last one before it can attack Gohan.
"Thanks for saving me, Piccolo-san!"
"I-it's not like I meant to, baka~!"
But now, it's Nappa's turn to fight.
He wrecks Piccolo
Chaozu
Tenshinhan
and Kuririn.
Not bad for the weaker of the two Saiyans.
Chaozu tries to save everyone by sacrificing himself against Nappa.
It doesn't work out.
Tenshinhan tries to avenge Chaozu by sacrificing himself against Nappa.
It doesn't work out.
So when it's Gohan's turn to fight, he runs away.
(Can you blame him, though?)
Eager to wait for Kakarotto to show up and enjoy the show, Vegeta makes Nappa stop thrashing on them for three hours.
"But mom! I don't wanna!"
What's cut?
From episode 24, lots of Kame House shenanigans are cut, including a "Roshi perving on Bulma" joke that is in exceptionally poor taste.
Plus, Goku flies by Princess Snake's place.
In episode 25, more TV News subplot is cut.
A segment where Kuririn and Piccolo use a Tenshinhan technique to fight Nappa is cut.
And the Ten and Chao friendship flashback is cut down.
