It's time to fight Majin Boo.
Goku and Vegeta send Kibitoshin, ODB, and Dende off the planet so that they can use the Kaioshin Realm as the battle field. Why the planet of the Kaioshin? Apparently, it's heartier than other worlds, so they won't accidentally break it to pieces and die in the blackness of space. All that's left now to decide is who gets to fight Boo first.
With a game of Rock-Paper-Scissors, of course.
Goku wins, so Vegeta powers down and tells Goku he'll be watching him fight closely as he flies off for a vantage point to take it all in. Goku says he reckons he could have taken the chubby version of Majin Boo back when he fought him as Super Saiyan 3, but he wanted the Earth to be saved by someone else for a change, since he can't protect it forever. Plans for Earth's future, however, have become more immediate... and it's up to Goku to see if he can beat this Majin Boo, for real.

After Majin Boo destroyed the Earth and killed everyone he loves... Son Goku won't be giving him any chance at victory!!
The two super-powered fighters clash, the weight of their battle making even the sturdy Kaioshin World tremble under their feet. Cracks form in the earth, the sky grows dark with thundering lightning, and millennia old sediment is rent from its resting place. Yet Goku was measuring his opponent, up until now.
"Majin Boo, you're one dense guy, but your power, speed, and powers of recovery are all incredible! You're on a whole different level from all Boos up until now. You're ridiculously strong!"
"So then, the fight starts now!!"
