The C-Team
In the year 1990, a group of people with vague connections to the Dragon Balls were brought together. These people promptly found themselves on a space ship destined for Planet Namek. Today, still unable to find something useful to do, they survive as background characters. If you need some filler, and the main characters are either dead or in space, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire...
In the year 1989, a group of people who the artist completely forgot about got together and... you could probably hire them... No, seriously, they're not doing anything else.

I remember the Fox Kid's design, but I sadly can't think of the character right now.

(though as I said, he's in the first episodes of DB and DBZ. Goku beats him up at the beginning of DB, and Gohan cries and runs away from him, and loses his hat to him, at the beginning of DBZ... only to have Goku show up and remind the Saber-tooth who he is. PRETTY META STUFF.)
